5 Fresh Tips to help you strengthen your psychic boundaries:
Set your intention for the day right when you wake up. Mine is: May I bring joy wherever I go today. Word it in the positive rather than the negative, so say, "may I be happy" instead of "I won't be unhappy." By starting the day with a positive intention, you strengthen your psychic boundary by raising your aura's vibration.
If you're especially emotional or sensitive, start doing "emotional audits." When you're feeling super sensitive, before you enter into interactions with others or enter rooms with a lot of other people, take a moment to pause, check in, and clock your own emotional state. That way, if it changes significantly, you'll know that you absorbed that from others and those feelings aren't yours and give yourself permission to let it go.
When you feel overcome with negativity, stop, take three deep breaths, and declare that you are available only to positivity and good intentions, and that anything negative or ill-intentioned is not welcome and must leave. This also applies to our own internal processes and negative thinking—especially your own negative self talk. Often times, the thing that weakens our aura is our own self judgment.
Schedule alone time after work to "offlet" the psychic vibes you soaked up throughout the day. Like a sponge, the psychic aura needs to air off. During that time, you can meditate, listen to music, read, or zone out—whatever you do to decompress normally, and that will help you to offlet the emotions and psychic residue you absorbed throughout the day at work.
Close the day with visualization as you sleep. Imagine yourself bathed in light that protects you from negativity so that you can sleep well. It's also a good time to connect with the cosmos through prayer, if that aligns with your beliefs. Bookending your days with positive intentions and prayer is a very effective way to strengthen your psychic aura.
